Preheat unit for approx. 45 minutes.  When the door thermometer reads 145F, insert food pans with hot food and latch doors to close tightly.  Heater will switch on and off to maintain factory pre-set heat. Unit will hold hot food for up to 4 hours unplugged.  Use of extension cord will limit the temperature rise.  Unplug and locate power cords on side of unit cord straps when not in use.
